About The Sovereign Trust
To strengthen the education provision across the Sovereign Trust academies. This will be achieved through combining and developing expertise at all levels in order to secure the best possible outcomes for learners; helping each child and young person succeed through a challenging curriculum.

The Board of Directors sets a clear vision and strategy for the Executive Principal and Executive Management Teams to deliver ‘Our Vision’. Each Academy is supported by their own Advisory Committee who will focus solely on Curriculum and Teaching standards of their Academy.
The founder and MD of an Autism charity called Hearts And Minds Challenge which was set up in 2010. We have supported many Autistic families through various difficulties through Hearts And Minds Challenge.
I have supported Pictor for 15 years working with the PSFA team on many fun, and fundraising events; also the resident handyman. Work history has been quite varied: RAF, Hospitality and catering; then after University as a mature student. After developing my expertise I became the Managing Director of three companies.
